What should I do if my ATM card is lost or stolen?

In the event that your ATM card is misplaced or stolen, please notify us immediately. For security reasons, only the cardholder may request that the card be blocked. Simply contact our Customer Care Centre at +226 69434446 and provide the Cash Card reference number found on the card mailer.

Once we receive your request, we will promptly deactivate the card to prevent any unauthorized use. Replacement fee is 3,720 XOF.
